Gaia’s Gold | Cinnamon Roasted Pecans
Buried treasure in every bite.
Smooth nuts let the flavor slide off. We chose pecans because they hold on. We take colossal, raw pecan halves and kettle-cook them in a molten blend of caramelized sugar, organic Saigon cinnamon, and pure vanilla extract.
The "Geology" of Crunch:
The rugged ridges and deep valleys of the pecan trap the glaze, creating hidden pockets of concentrated sweetness. When the sugar shell cools, it hardens into a "shattered glass" finish.
