Shipping Policy

Nuts/Rice Krispies:                                                                                                        These delicacies are made to order, so within an hour or two your order will be made and ready to ship.

Cookie Weekly Batch Limit:
Since our cookies take 120 hours to make, we limit our production to exactly 180 cookies per week.

  • The Cutoff: Orders close on Thursday at 11:59 PM EST OR when the batch sells out—whichever happens first.

  • Sold Out? If the batch is full, your order will be placed in the following week's queue.

To ensure maximum freshness, we primarily ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.

  • East Coast Orders: May be shipped as late as Wednesday, as transit times are shorter.

  • West Coast / Remote Orders: Will strictly ship Monday or Tuesday to prevent the package from sitting in a transit hub over the weekend.

Heat Warning 
We ship from Florida. While we take precautions to package your items securely, we cannot control the temperature of delivery trucks or your front porch.

  • Melting: Chocolate and toffee may soften during transit in summer months. This does not affect the quality or taste. We recommend placing your items in the refrigerator for 15 minutes upon arrival.

  • Liability: We are not responsible for packages left outside in the heat. Please monitor your tracking number and bring your package inside immediately upon delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is handed to the carrier (USPS/UPS), it is out of our control. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as "Delivered."
