Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Athena’s Ambrosias does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We take extreme care in packaging your order. However, once a package leaves our hands, it is at the mercy of the carrier.

  • Broken Cookies: We do not offer refunds for breakage. Cookies are fragile. A broken cookie tastes the same as a whole one.

  • The "Make It Right" Guarantee: If your order arrives destroyed (crushed box), missing items, or is the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Requirement: You must include a photo of the damage/issue.

    • Resolution: We will issue a store credit or replacement at our discretion.

Shipping Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. If your package is delayed due to weather or carrier volume, we cannot issue a refund.

Cancellations:
You may cancel your order for a full refund up to 24 hours after placing it. After 24 hours, ingredients have been purchased and your order is in the queue.
