The Myth:
Athena carried the legendary Aegis into battle. It was a glorious shield forged by the gods and meant to be completely impenetrable. We took inspiration from her divine armor to create these luxurious white chocolate and caramel shields. Each piece is a tribute to strength, elegance, and incredible craftsmanship.

The Craft:
Every great masterpiece is built on a solid foundation. We start by laying down a thick hearty bed of freshly chopped pecans. These rich buttery nuts provide the perfect earthy crunch to ground the sweetness of the candy.

Next we move to the stove to craft our signature chewy caramel entirely from scratch. We slowly simmer sweetcream butter and rich sugars until they reach a deep gorgeous golden amber. While it is still piping hot and flowing smoothly, we pour generous pools of this fresh caramel directly over the pecans. The molten caramel seeps into the crevices, locking the chopped nuts together in a beautifully soft and chewy embrace.

The crowning glory is the armor itself. We top every single cluster with a thick velvety dollop of melted Belcolade real Belgian white chocolate. As it cools into a glossy smooth finish, the exquisite white chocolate creates a gentle delicate snap that immediately gives way to the incredibly rich caramel below.
